How many cows are slaughtered everyday in the US to feed its population? - cow population 2010

How about the average number of poultry, pigs, etc are killed every day to feed us?

No doubt it is a simple matter of supply and demand. Although cows are certainly slaughtered at a slower pace than their male counterparts.

Perhaps the Ministry of Agriculture is one of the statistics.

I suspect that in fact a point to do it behind your question.
